This product should be handled with care. We suggest never wearing the product two days in a row, so that the fibres regain their natural structure and texture.You should only wash your cashmere sweaters twice a season at most. It isn't recommended to wash or dry clean your cashmere sweaters after every use, as it can damage the yarns that make up these items.

Hand Wash:

• Fill a clean bowl with cool water. 
• Add a few drops of mild detergent especially for cashmere and wool or shampoo.
• Soak the cashmere in the soapy water up to 15 minutes. 
• Gently squeeze out the excess water without wringing or stretching the garment. 
• Replace the water with fresh, non-soapy water and rinse the cashmere until clear. 
• Gently squeeze out the excess water again.
• Air dry: your cashmere flat on a towel, away from direct sunlight or heat. 
• Drying: Lay it flat to dry in a cool and shady place. Don't tumble dry cashmere.
• Storing: Store cashmere once it's completely dry to prevent mold or mildew. Fold it neatly instead of hanging it to maintain its shape.

Important Considerations:

• Always check the care label: for specific instructions before washing.
• Avoid using hot water, as it can shrink cashmere.
• Never wring or stretch: the garment when wet, as it can damage the fibers.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Use a pilling comb when necessary: to gently remove bobbles before washing.

Shipping normally take:

• 5-7 working days to the UK

Returns:

• Returns within 28 days after the products are received.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags(if there is), and in its original packaging.
